Understand the logic behind the OnTrack engine.

System Logic & Re-Routing

How the adaptive engine thinks and recalibrates

The engine treats missed days as new data, not as a failure. It automatically recalibrates your Weekly Contract. If you miss a Tuesday session, the system redistributes that specific muscular volume (e.g., shifting your heavy compound lifts) to your next available training window, ensuring you hit your baseline targets without risking injury.

No. OnTrack is time-agnostic. Your schedule is volatile, and the engine adapts to it. The daily telemetry ping assesses your current state—whether you are training at 6 AM fresh, or 11 PM after a 12-hour shift—and generates a protocol optimized for that specific time window and energy level.

Yes. You are always the final operator. You can manually adjust the intensity slider or swap specific movements, and the system will log that override to better predict your preferences for the next cycle.

Fuel & Macro-Mapping

Nutrition strategy for real-world constraints

Negative. The nutrition module is designed for reality. By selecting the "Local/Everyday" parameter, the engine optimizes your protein and macro requirements using high-yield ingredients common in regular households. It seamlessly balances your baseline meals with your performance goals, eliminating the need for unsustainable, expensive diets.

The engine operates on a macro-balancing philosophy rather than micro-managing a single meal. You can input the estimated caloric load of an unpredictable meal, and the system will dynamically adjust your remaining daily or weekly targets to keep your overall progress on track.

Hardware & Environment

Adapting to your equipment and location

Every movement in your generated protocol is mapped to a biomechanical equivalent in our database. If you cannot execute a specific lift, tap the exercise, and the system will instantly route you to an alternative that targets the exact same muscle group using available hardware (dumbbells, cables, or bodyweight).

Yes. You can update your environment parameters at any time. If you are stuck in a hotel room or only have 20 minutes in your living room, update the input, and the engine will instantly recalculate a high-yield session for your current constraints.

Safety & System Recovery

Built-in protection for your body

Built-in safety logic tracks muscle group fatigue based on your accumulated weekly volume and daily stress inputs. If the engine detects that a specific muscle group hasn't cleared its necessary recovery window, it will actively prevent overloading it, pivoting your session to mobility or an antagonist muscle group.

Yes. During your initial baseline calibration, you can flag specific physical constraints (e.g., lower back sensitivity, shoulder impingement). The algorithm instantly blacklists high-risk movements from your protocols and substitutes them with safe, biomechanically sound alternatives.
