At OnTrack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fitness journey. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds for paid subscriptions.

1. 7-Day Refund Policy

We offer a clear and straightforward refund policy for all our paid members.

Eligibility

Paid members are eligible to get a full refund of their subscription amount, provided they claim the refund within 7 days of their initial subscription date.

Beyond 7 Days

Refund requests made after the 7-day period has passed will not be accepted. It is important to submit your claim within this window.

2. How to Claim a Refund

To initiate a refund request, simply follow these steps:

Contact Support: Email our support team at support@ontrack-fitness.com from the email address associated with your OnTrack account.
Include Details: Please mention "Refund Request" in the subject line and provide your subscription details.
Processing Time: Once approved, refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
